Terms of Service — Grit Wage Co.

Welcome to Grit Wage Co. ("we," "us," "our"), operating at gritwageco.com. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to the following terms.
1. Products Sold
We sell digital-only products: Notion dashboard templates and Google Sheets templates related to personal budgeting, side hustle tracking, and trading journaling. No physical goods are shipped as part of these orders unless explicitly stated on the product page.
2. Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email (typically within a few minutes, and no later than 24 hours) containing a link to your purchased template(s). You are responsible for:
Providing a valid, correctly spelled email address at checkout.
Checking your spam/promotions folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox.
Following the provided instructions ("Duplicate as template" in Notion, or "Make a copy" in Google Sheets) to save your own editable copy.
3. License and Usage
When you purchase a template from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that template for your own personal or household budgeting/tracking purposes. You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share the original template link publicly.
Repackage or resell the template (or a derivative of it) as your own product.
Post the unlisted delivery link publicly (e.g., on forums, social media, or marketplaces).
4. Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout system. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Refunds
See our [Refund Policy] for full details. In short: because these are instantly delivered digital products, all sales are final except in limited cases (duplicate charges, non-delivery, or broken access links).
6. No Financial Advice
Grit Wage Co.'s products are organizational and educational tools only. Nothing in our templates, product descriptions, or communications constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions, including any trading, budgeting, or investment activity you track using our templates.
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide these templates "as is." We are not liable for any loss, damage, or financial outcome resulting from your use of our templates, including but not limited to errors in personal calculations, data loss in your own Notion or Google Sheets workspace, or trading/investment losses.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
